During all investigations the possibility of a war hazard investigation will be conducted. If determined a war hazard during the investigation, the investigator assigned will include the following:
Upon completion of the investigation, a detailed War Hazard report is authored and provided which will clearly outline the relationship of the injury/death to the hazards of a wartime environment.
